Big Headed Bullies Conditions and Guarantee

Seller agrees that this dog is purebred and a correct pedigree is provided. This dog is registered with the American Kennel Club within twelve months of date of birth, after the buyer makes appropriate application.

At the option or the expense of the buyer, the health of this dog is guaranteed for three (3) working days through examination by a licensed veterinarian acceptable to both parties. If at that time, this dog is found to be in unsatisfactory health, a full refund of the purchase price will be given. If a refund is necessary, the seller requires written documentation of the unsatisfactory condition from the examining veterinarian, along with the return of the dog, and its registration papers within three (3) working days.

A veterinarian has examined this dog with extensive experience in the English Bulldog Breed and no abnormal conditions were found. Implied in this purchase is one dog, which is free from common illnesses of Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvo, and Corona Virus. At least the first series of vaccinations have been given (see attached health exam and vaccination record).

Upon verification by a veterinarian that this dog came down with any of the above illnesses within one week of delivery of animal to buyer, purchaser may return the dog with a full refund due to them provided they have continued with any vaccinations indicated as due in the attached vaccination record. Note: Vaccines may cause testing for ParvoVirus to show positive, and therefore, signs of the disease must support the diagnosis.

The seller will pay no health care costs incurred by the new owner, after the purchase date.

Should the puppy die of a birth defect within one year, we will provide a replacement puppy within one year. To qualify for this guarantee, you must have kept the puppy under the care of a licensed veterinarian. The care must include all vaccinations that the veterinarian recommends. To make a claim, you must bring a signed certificate from the veterinarian stating the cause of death and a copy of ALL of your puppy health records. This must include an autopsy and laboratory report.A replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be from comparable bloodlines. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact parents of the original puppy. However, it is our desire to please, and we will work with our buyers to ensure satisfaction.

There is NO guarantee against hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, parasites and viral or bacterial infections. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, and demodectic mange are not covered by this guarantee. No joint problems are covered; this includes hips, knees or any other joints. Buyer must research the breed and understand that the confirmation of the breed invites certain problems. An overweight bulldog can also lead to health issues. Buyer is aware that English Bulldogs are prone to heat stroke and will be responsible to provide an environment that is healthy for their puppy.
